After a jury trial, he was found guilty of committing that offense, sentenced to 180 days in jail, and fined $7,000. On appeal, appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict on the grounds that there was no evidence that he had filed a report within the meaning of the statute...
