Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, alleges false arrest, malicious prosecution, and violation of her Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable seizure pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. These claims stem from plaintiff's February 19, 2001 arrest by defendant Detectives Mitchell and Meade.
