McANULTY, Judge.

Appellant Cassandra Holland was convicted by a McCracken County jury of manslaughter in the first degree and arson in the third degree. The facts at trial showed that appellant set her husband on fire by throwing gasoline on him and lighting it with a match. The sole issue appealed is whether appellant should be considered a violent offender for purposes of limiting her parole eligibility, KRS 439.3401, or whether she is exempted...
