OPINION AND ORDER
Movant, Charles E. King, whose bar roster address is P.O. Box 249, Pine Knot, Kentucky 42635-0249, moves this Court to enter an order pursuant to SCR 3.480(3) permanently disbarring him from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
