BUCKINGHAM, Judge.

William and Gayle Estes appeal from a judgment and order of the Ballard Circuit Court denying their claim for a portion of insurance proceeds paid to Virgie Thurman following a fire that destroyed a residence that was subject to a Land Sale Contract between the parties. We conclude that the court erred in determining that the Esteses were not entitled to any portion of the insurance proceeds since they did not contribute...
