In this appeal, Terri Moore, executrix for the estate of Lawrence Woodland, Jr., deceased, contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of First Financial Resolution Enterprises, Inc. First Financial responds that it was entitled to judgment as a matter of law because Moore had no evidence to support Woodland's claims and those claims were barred both by res judicata and the statute of limitations...
