Sophie Holland's will was admitted to probate. The parties interpret Ms. Holland's will differently. Mary Patrick, a beneficiary under the will and of several IRAs, contends that the will provided specific instructions directing that estate taxes should be paid entirely out of the assets passing under the will alone and should not be proportionally assessed on funds...
