This court is called upon to address the question of the effect of a discharge on an omitted creditor. Harold Ray Boyd filed a chapter 13 petition on June 7, 1999. Shortly thereafter, on June 19, 1999, John W. Carter was struck by an automobile owned by the debtor but driven by his son. The debtor had no insurance. In April 2000, Carter filed suit against the debtor. He obtained a default judgment...
