¶ 1 Michael and Patricia Exendine (the Exendines) challenge the jurisdiction of King County District Court (District Court) to issue search warrants to search their property for alleged violations of the City of Sammamish (City) civil code. RCW 3.66.060 grants district courts jurisdiction to issue search warrants for misdemeanor violations of city ordinances.
