Appellant, Thomas Richard Brown, appeals from the trial court's judgment rendered upon appellee Pennzoil-Quaker State Company's (Pennzoil's) no-evidence motion for summary judgment. In two issues on appeal, Brown asserts that the trial court erred in rendering summary judgment on his claims for (1) an "intentional act" and (2) spoliation of evidence.
