This matter is before the Court on a complaint seeking a determination that the debt owed to the plaintiff, Yun Zhong Qui, by the debtor, Ci Qing Zhou, is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). Qui contends that Zhou falsely accused him of serial sexual assaults and other crimes, and that he has been willfully and maliciously injured as a result. Zhou maintains that her charges are true...
