Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying the mother's objection to so much of the order dated March 12, 2004, as denied her motion, in effect, to enforce the child support provisions of the stipulation, and substituting therefor a provision sustaining that objection; as so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Suffolk County, for further proceedings...
