The indictment charges that defendant and her son, Philip Hatch, "acting together and in concert, did knowingly and unlawfully sell a narcotic drug; to wit: cocaine." After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and sentenced to a prison term of 11/3 to 4 years. Defendant appeals claiming that the conviction is not supported by legally sufficient evidence and is against the weight of the evidence...
