Jimmy Glen appeals from his conviction and sentence after pleading guilty before Judge Mordue. Appellant admitted to participating in a conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of crack cocaine. He challenges the validity of his plea on the grounds that: (i) the district court violated Rule 11; (ii) his plea was not knowing and voluntary; and (iii) his plea bargain is unenforceable for lack of adequate consideration.
