In these two appeals, the lawyer for a bankruptcy debtor appeals separate orders that imposed monetary sanctions on him for violation of Fed. R. Bankr.P. 9011 and prohibited him from practicing before the bankruptcy court in the Northern District of California for six months. Because the facts underlying both orders are the same, we will discuss both appeals...
