Plaintiff-Appellant Carmen Bryant appeals from a decision and order of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (William M. Skretny, Judge) denying her motion for attorney's fees and costs under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), and for sanctions under Fed. R.Civ.P. 11.
