This case is now before the Court on Appellant Clayton's Motion to Vacate Orders ("Motion to Vacate") [Doc. # 23]. Mr. Clayton asks the Court to vacate the Order entered by United States District Judge James A. Beaty, Jr., in this matter on June 11, 2003 ("June 2003 Order") [Doc. # 22].
