This is a wrongful death suit brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA")1 by Catherine Deegan Patterson and Yvonne Deegan Gioka, the daughters of Edward "Teddy" Deegan. Plaintiffs claim that the FBI and former agent Dennis Condon negligently caused, or failed to prevent, the murder of Teddy Deegan in 1965.
