¶ 1 Lawrence R. Hunt was found guilty of taking a motor vehicle without permission. On appeal, Mr. Hunt contends: (1) the court erred in giving WPIC 4.01A to the jury, because the instruction's definition of reasonable doubt violates due process; and (2) his sentence violates the Sixth Amendment under Blakely v.
