Dennis Bisher appeals from the motion court's judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. Bisher claims that he was entitled to an evidentiary hearing on his allegation that he pleaded guilty in reliance on a plea agreement with the State that he would receive credit toward his sentence for time served while awaiting disposition of the charges he pleaded guilty to.
