Defendant, Terrence T. Hodges, appeals the judgment of conviction and sentence entered on (1) a jury verdict finding him guilty of possession of, and possession of with intent to distribute, a schedule II controlled substance—1000 grams or more, and finding that he imported the controlled substance into the state, and (2) his subsequent adjudication as a habitual criminal.
