Before the Court are the Objections of the Debtor, the Creditors' Committee, and Lehman Brothers Inc. and Lehman Commercial Paper Inc. (collectively "Lehman") to the Administrative Claim filed by Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. ("DB"). For the reasons stated below we will sustain the Objections and disallow the claim.
