Billy Dale Green appeals an order denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea under Ark. R.Crim. P. 26.1. Green asserts that the circuit court abused its discretion in failing to appoint him counsel and in failing to set a hearing on the motion. We find no abuse of discretion and affirm. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1-2(a)(2).
