Felix Vega and Manuel ("Jesus") Fernandez Carrera, were convicted after trial, along with two other co-defendants, for conspiracy to distribute cocaine in excess of five kilograms, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Vega was sentenced to 120 months' imprisonment and a five year supervised release term. Fernandez Carrera was sentenced to seventy-eight months' imprisonment and a five year supervised release term.
