MEMORANDUM AND ORDER REGARDING DEFENDANT'S RESPONSE TO GOVERNMENT'S INFORMATION

Defendant stands charged with participation in a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, more than 50 grams of cocaine base in the form of crack.
