Appellant, Leonard Martin, was convicted of three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and one count of sodomy in the first degree. The jury recommended a sentence of five years for each count of sexual abuse, for a total of fifteen years, and a sentence of twenty-five years for the sodomy count, the sentences to run concurrently.
