Akhil Gupta ("Gupta" or "Plaintiff") brought suit against his former employer, Customerlinx Corporation ("Customerlinx" or "Defendant"), seeking money damages for fraud and breach of contract. After a four-day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Gupta for fraud in the amount of $125,000 and for breach of contract in the amount of $124,000.
