HOLCOMB, J., delivered the opinion of the unanimous Court.

This case presents three questions: (1) whether the court of appeals erred in holding that the trial court permitted a "jury view" as that term is understood in law, (2) whether the court of appeals erred in holding that the trial court erred in permitting that jury view, and (3) whether the court of appeals erred in holding that the trial court's error was harmless.
