By way of order to show cause, defendants, Marconi Corporation plc, Marconi Systems Holdings Inc., and Marconi Inc., move to compel the production of documents, which the plaintiffs, DH Holdings Corp. and Gilbarco, Inc., claim are protected as "privileged and work product documents." Also sought is the deposition testimony of several individuals.
