Leon Edward Meekins appeals his conviction for vehicular homicide. He argues (1) that the trial court instructed improperly on causation; (2) that he should have been allowed to show that the victim, a motorcycle rider, probably would not have died if he had been wearing a helmet; (3) that the evidence is insufficient to show that the victim died from injuries suffered in the accident; and (4) that a blood test was admitted without proper foundation...
