The petitioner, Alexander Rodriguez-Ramirez, seeks judicial review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) denying his application for asylum and withholding of removal. He asserts that the Immigration Judge (IJ) ignored the weight of the evidence and, therefore, incorrectly denied his asylum and withholding of removal claims.
