Appellee, Hank Altenburg, sued appellant, Western Steel Company, Inc. ("Western"), for injuries sustained in a work-related accident. Following a jury trial, the jury found (1) Western was negligent; (2) Altenburg was not Western's borrowed employee; and (3) that Altenburg was entitled to $88,313.85 in damages.
