¶ 1 Parol evidence is generally admissible to construe a written contract and to determine the intent of the parties. Berg v. Hudesman, 115 Wn.2d 657, 669, 801 P.2d 222 (1990). However, parol evidence cannot add to, modify, or contradict the terms of a fully integrated contract. Id. at 670, 801 P.2d 222.
