The debtors appeal the renewal of a money judgment that was excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2) and (6) in the first of their two bankruptcy cases. They argue that the debt lost its nondischargeable status when the judgment creditor did not file another nondischargeability action in their second bankruptcy case.
