This is a personal injury suit for damages from a fall by an invitee, Connie W. Alger, on the premises of Brinson Ford, Inc. Brinson Ford filed a traditional and no-evidence motion for summary judgment, and the trial court granted the summary judgment. Alger appeals in three issues: error in granting summary judgment because (1) Brinson Ford had actual or constructive knowledge of the alleged dangerous condition on the premises...
