Before the Court is a Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law filed by co-defendants Banco Popular de Puerto Rico ("BPPR") and Federal Insurance Company ("Federal Insurance") pursuant to Rule 50(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 1 Fed.R.Civ.P. 50(b)(1)(C).
