Appellant Douglas Arnold was convicted of possessing a controlled substance, namely methadone. He challenges the conviction by contending the trial court erred in 1) failing to grant his motion to suppress, 2) failing to charge the jury with the law applicable to illegally seized evidence, 3) failing to charge the jury with respect to extraneous offenses, and 4) denying his request for a continuance for time to obtain the appearance...
