This is a dispute arising from the restoration of a 1971 Barracuda. In his suit for breach of contract, Ray DeRobbio was awarded a judgment for $66,083 plus attorney's fees and interest. In two points of error, Alan Foxx complains of the sufficiency of the evidence to support the damage award and challenges DeRobbio's qualifications to offer an opinion that the repair...
