The controversy underlying this appeal is whether Richard D. Daly can lawfully equip his condominium unit with a satellite dish. Daly's condominium unit is located in River Oaks Place, a complex comprised of 123 condominium units. Daly's unit is located in a structure that houses six units under a single roof.
