This is an appeal filed by Appellant, Charlene Dominguez, complaining of the trial court's entry of judgment against her and in favor of Appellee below. Appellant had filed her Original Petition for Injunctive Relief, Declaratory Relief and Damages seeking to prevent foreclosure of a lien on property she claimed as her homestead.
