Defendant was charged with felony driving while suspended under ORS 811.182(3). A person commits a felony under ORS 811.182(3) if a person drives a motor vehicle on a highway during a time period when the person's driving privileges or the right to apply for driving privileges has been suspended or revoked and the prior suspension was based on a conviction for an enumerated crime that was committed by the operation of a motor vehicle.
