This matter is before the court on the post-stipulation briefs of Florsheim Group Inc. ("Florsheim") and USAsia International Corporation ("USAsia"). The parties dispute whether preferential transfers made from Florsheim to USAsia may be avoided pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 550. For the reasons stated below, the court concludes that Florsheim may avoid these transfers...
