{¶1} This is an appeal of summary judgment in an uninsured/underinsured-motorist insurance ("UM/UIM") case. Appellant Warren Ellis owned a personal automobile insurance policy issued by appellee Nationwide Insurance Company ("Nationwide"). Appellant was injured when the tortfeasor, Nancy Skiba, struck him while he was riding his motorcycle.
