The petitioner, Kheang Hong Long, a native and citizen of Cambodia, seeks review of the denial of his application for asylum. The Immigration Judge (IJ) found that Long was not credible, and that he failed to establish past persecution or a well-founded fear of future persecution. The Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirmed and adopted the IJ's decision. We affirm the BIA and deny the petition for review.1<...
