ANDERSON, J.

Antwan Lamont Zeigler appeals from his conviction for murder. He argues the trial court erred in (1) denying his motion for a directed verdict; (2) giving an inadequate jury charge on mere presence; and (3) failing to take sworn juror testimony and denying Antwan's motion for a new trial based on allegations of juror misconduct. We affirm.
