Terrell Kinyon Davis appeals from his convictions by a jury for five separate offenses arising from two transactions. All five cases were tried together, and the appeals are brought on a single record. The appeals in our cause numbers 06-05-00001-CR and 06-05-00002-CR are from Davis' convictions for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery, respectively, alleged to have been committed during the first transaction.
