This is an appeal from a dismissal for want of jurisdiction. In a single issue on appeal, Brian Dotson argues the trial court erred in ruling it did not have subject matter jurisdiction over his suit because he failed to exhaust his administrative remedies. Dotson contends the relief he sought could not have been granted by the administrative agency and, therefore, he was not required to exhaust his administrative remedies...
