This is a pro se motion by creditor Annette Casull-Garcia ("Casull") to dismiss the Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases filed by Schur Management Company Ltd. ("Schur") and 915 Sherman Avenue Corporation (" Sherman" and collectively with Schur, the "Debtors").
