Ramon Vega-Ortiz pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin, cocaine, cocaine base, and marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1)(A) & 846. At the conclusion of Vega-Ortiz's sentencing hearing, the district court imposed a sentence of 120 months of imprisonment.
