HOWARD, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Ramon Vega-Martinez appeals from a judgment of conviction entered following his guilty plea to a charge of conspiring to distribute narcotics. Vega contends that his guilty plea was involuntary and that he is entitled to resentencing under United States v. Booker, ___ U.S. ___, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005). We affirm.
